Daulton serves as Production Manager for TRP Energy. He currently helps oversee production, completion engineering, and operations for TRP’s operated assets. Prior to joining TRP Energy, Daulton worked as a Production Engineer for ConocoPhillips in Midland, TX. Before working at ConocoPhillips, he worked as an Operations Engineer at Concho Resources. While at Concho and ConocoPhillips, Daulton focused on the production and operations of producing assets in the Delaware Basin. Earlier in his career, Daulton also worked in various roles with Concho where he gained experience in drilling, completion, and reservoir disciplines in the Midland and Delaware Basins.
Daulton received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
