Carter serves as a Production Engineer for TRP Energy. Prior to joining TRP, Carter was a Senior Production Engineer for ConocoPhillips in Midland, TX where he managed the production and optimization of a variety of different assets in Lea Co, NM. Carter started his career in Carlsbad, NM working for Concho Resources where he held various roles in the field including Lease Operator and Rig Supervisor before becoming an Engineer.
Carter received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. He currently lives in Midland with his wife and two daughters.
