Randy co-founded TRP in 2015 and serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees TRP's strategy, investment origination, portfolio execution, and firm management. Prior to TRP, Randy served as an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan's Oil and Gas A&D Group within the Natural Resources Investment Bank.
He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and an M.B.A. (Dean Scholar) from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also serves on the External Advisory Committee for the Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Randy and his wife reside in Denver with their three children.
